Can I use my own packaging?

Absolutely! We dont just allow branded packaging, we love it! Not only are we happy to use your packaging we are here to help when it comes to sourcing and design.
Do you have any minimum/maximum order volumes

No we don't, we understand that building your business takes time which is why you wont find any judgement here when it comes to order volumes. Likewise, we have lots of happy helpers on standby to jump in on those extra busy days!
How long does it take to onboard and start shipping?

Our onboarding process typically takes around 1 week. Once your products are uploaded into our system we will be ready and rearing to go!
Do you have any additional fees to be aware of?

Absolutely not, at Selva we dont believe in fixed fee's or surprise invoices. With us you will only pay for what you use.
How much does it cost?

At Selva we treat each of our clients on an individual basis, this means your rate card will be personally tailored to your brands needs. We will work with you to find a pricing format that works for you.
Can I visit the warehouse?

Absolutely, we dont just allow visitors we encourage it, we love to see our clients on a regular basis and understand that you want to stay close to the fulfilment process. We are always here for a cup of tea!
